Join us July 26 - 31 for an amazing Short Bolt sale of current, first-run quilting cottons from QT Fabrics! All sale fabric will be priced at $6.99 / yard, sold by the (short) bolt, with most bolts holding between 2-8 yards.

Plan to visit us early for the best selection! When the bolts are gone, there are no more!

Ice Cream Stand Time

Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 27th, 12 - 3 at the shop! All donations accepted.

Our owner's daughter Avery will be raising money for Smile Train by selling Ice Cream for her 9th year in a row. Every penny of your donations will go directly to Smile Train. Avery has a very personal connection to the mission of Smile Train, having been born with Cleft Lip and Palate, and she is currently recovering from a cleft-related surgery in June. We would love to see you at the shop on Saturday!

Carolina Hurricane Quilt Project

There are still a few more days to donate a quilt! Cary Quilting Company is accepting bed-sized quilts for our storm-affected neighbors through Thursday, August 1st. We have more than 30 to deliver this time around - I'm so proud of our quilting community!

Our 3rd Annual Challenging Fabric Challenge

Starting on August 1st, give yourself a real challenge! Purchase a 1/2 yard fabric, sight unseen, then your challenge is to make a quilt with it for a viewer's choice show in November. See our previous challenge winners and fabric here. The bags always sell out quickly, so if you wanna play, don't delay!
