Find out about the new property restitution laws in Poland
Seminar and consultations |
Commencing Mon 6 Feb in Melbourne
Join us and our Polish legal team to find out how the new Polish property restitution laws may affect you and your family. After WW2, the communist government in Poland nationalized most of the country's private property. Unlike all other European Union countries, Poland does not have a national law to regulate property restitution. Some claims have been successful, but many are bogged down in red tape. However, in recent weeks new restitution laws have been introduced in Poland.
