Loadsmart, a digital-freight technology provider with offices in New York and Chicago, collected $90 million in Series C funding. BlackRock and Chromo Invest co-led the round, which included additional support from Perry Capital and Bramalea Partners.
Stackline, a Seattle-based ecommerce management platform, completed a $50 million Series A round from Goldman Sachs Growth Equity.
Zapata Computing Inc., a Cambridge, Mass.-based quantum computing startup, landed a $38 million Series B round led by Comcast Ventures, Pitango and Prelude Ventures. New investors Ahren Innovation Capital, Alumni Ventures Group, Honeywell Venture Capital, Itochu Corp. and Merck Global Health Innovation Fund also participated in the funding, along with existing backers BASF Venture Capital, Robert Bosch Venture Capital and The Engine.
CloudBolt Software Inc., a cloud management and integration services provider, secured $35 million in Series B equity and debt funding. Insight Partners led the equity portion, with debt provided by Hercules Capital.
FirstVet, a Stockholm-based startup that offers video call veterinary consultations, fetched $35 million in funding to support its launch in the U.S. Mubadala Capital led the round, and was joined by Cathay Innovation, Omers Ventures and Creandum.
AI21 Labs, a Tel Aviv-based artificial intelligence technology startup, nabbed a $34.5 million investment. Pitango First led the round, which included support from TPY Capital and others.
ControlUp, a San Jose, Calif.-based startup that offers an ITOps analytics and management platform, completed a $27 million Series C investment led by Jerusalem Venture Partners and K1 Investment Management.
Gatik, a Palo Alto-based business-to-business delivery startup using autonomous vehicles, closed a $22.5 million Series A round. Wittington Ventures and Innovation Endeavors co-led the investment, which included participation from FM Capital, Intact Ventures, Dynamo, Fontinalis Partners and AngelPad.
BeyondMinds, provider of an enterprise AI system, picked up a $15 million investment co-led by Grove Ventures and Marius Nacht. The company has offices in Tel Aviv, New York and London.
Observable, a San Francisco-based data collaboration startup, raised $10.5 million in Series A funding led by Sequoia Capital and Acrew Capital.
kea, a Mountain View, Calif.-based startup whose technology automates restaurant phone ordering, raised $10 million in Series A financing. Marbruck led the round, which included contributions from Streamlined Ventures, Xfund, Heartland Ventures, Deepcore, Barrel Ventures, AVG Funds and others.
Lightfox Games, a Seattle-based mobile games developer and publisher, was seeded with a $3.3 million investment. March Gaming led the round, with participation from Hiro Capital and 1Up Ventures.
