Chat with a Librarian

Go to the Ask a Librarian page and click the Ask Us button under Chat. Or, click below to ask library or COS questions.

You can also click My Library Account in MyGiant to go to to the One Search page. Click the Ask Us at the bottom right hand corner for support.

If Librarians are offline, you will be taken to the LibGuides page where you can type your question for a later response.

If Librarian is online, enter your Name, Contact Information and Your Question. Click Start Chat to begin your chat with a librarian.

Librarians can assist with:

Research help
Locating textbooks, eBooks and articles online for free (including scanning and emailing chapters from our collection if needed)

MyGiant password reset
Navigating Canvas
Accessing email
Using Office 365
Connecting to other COS departments & staff
