PIJI’s submission is available here. New Private Ancillary Fund Guidelines in force New Taxation Administration (Private Ancillary Fund) Guidelines 2019 have been in force since 21 September. They replace the former Private Ancillary Fund Guidelines 2009. Only very minor changes to the Guidelines have been made, and Philanthropy Australia’s Private Ancillary Funds Trustee Handbook will be updated to reflect the changes.
