Low Rise Medium Density Housing Code

The Department of Planning & Environment has issued Strathfield Council with a deferral to the commencement of the Low Rise Medium Density Housing. This means applicants will not be able to lodge a complying development application for dual occupancies, manor houses or terraces until 1 July 2019.

The 1960 park layout is still evident at Wallis Reserve, with formal ornamental gardens, pergola, sundial and pathways layout. It is an example of the mid-20th century public and municipal park and gardens in Sydney.
