Meanwhile, equal numbers of folks will be doing it for the second, third, or twentieth time! Completing a 10 or 20 miles is an epic milestone that deserves to be celebrated no matter if this is your first or twentieth time doing so! This Saturday, we are celebrating! The persistence and determination it took your to get here is well worth a little post-workout soirée, so that's just what you're going to get. We decided it would be fun to invite any and all who are training for Columbus to join us for this little 10 & 20 mile shindig! We will start the morning in typical fashion alongside your pace coaches outside the FrontRunner store at the Worthington Mall, or whatever they call it these days. We will have plenty of hydration out along the trail all the way down to Woody Hayes Blvd for you 20 milers. Upon your return we will have tasty brews of the hot and cold variety waiting for you! Our friends from Silver Bridge Coffee will be serving up nice, hot cups of their delicious coffee. I will be manning the taps for our exclusive RunColumbusRun Kolsch from Land Grant Brewing. We will have raffle prizes. There will be a special guest to send you off. There will be an injury clinic with Dr. Bright before the workout at 6:15am. Fit For Life PT will be there to help you with all your aches and pains after the workout. Most of all, there will be the camaraderie that got you here in the first place. I can't wait to see you all Saturday! We are going to have a blast, and you are going to have the best workout of your life! Affected individuals will have pain associated with running and sometimes walking. Stairs and climbing hills will frequently make symptoms worse. Calf Stretching Lack of motion in your joints results in unneeded stress to your joints and muscle and tendons supporting those joints. What causes that lack of motion. Poor flexibility. Sure you can continue to push through, but maybe, just maybe a little bit of maintenance could help! NOW IS THE PERFECT TIME... Get in the miles without the pounding. Try out the AlterG Treadmill at Fit For Life PT at FrontRunner on Lane Avenue.
Worx FIT Focus How that posterior chain these days?? You know, the back side of your body that you rely on during those long miles!! Let's show it some love. Try an inchworm 🐛 to work through all the tight spots from your neck to your toes! These are great for early mornings, before your runs, or when you feel generally tight! Other workout options
