From Ettalong to Dandenong to Woodenbong to Ballarat to Canberra to Milperra to Unanderra to Captain’s Flat... Over 1000 companies have completed the ratings process for ALL of their advisers.

The State by State breakdown is as follows:
NSW 335, VIC 292, QLD 206, WA 93, SA 57, TAS 26, ACT 16 and NT 4.

Regarding alliance with major institutions:
227 of these companies are aligned with AMP, 77 with NAB/MLC and 68 with ANZ.

Financial advisers might believe that their clients are nearly always satisfied. However in reality, financial services clients, just like any other professional service consumers, are perhaps not as satisfied as they seem. As referenced in our series on negative reviews, feedback from advisers indicates many were unaware that their client may have had a problem and were surprised to be on the receiving end of a less than glowing review.
