It is that time of the year again – our annual Christmas Party will be combined with our Parent/Child Tournament.

An RSVP sheet is set up on the whiteboard outside the Admin Office if you wish to write your name down, otherwise reply to this email and Deb will include you.  Payment can be made at the Office, or via EFT.  Be sure to advise numbers and type of meals required please.  Please RSVP by Wednesday 18th November.

DETAILS OF THE DAY ARE:

Sunday Social Tennis will start at 1.00pm on Courts 7-10 (Courts 1-6 can be used until the Parent/Child Tournament begins).

The Parent/Child Tournament is from 2.00pm – 5.00pm.  All families wanting to participate please email Ian at juniors@eastmalverntc.com.au by Wednesday 18th November. 

MWL Fundraising Cheque Handover at 5.30pm: A special donation of $6000 in memory of Jenny Henderson and Daphne Quince will be made to the Epworth Medical Foundation.  Jenny spent many years working with this foundation as well as tirelessly fundraising at EMTC via the Midweek Ladies.  MWL have raised in excess of $300,000 over the last 30 years and donated all of this to many worthy charities. 

The Christmas Feast begins at 6.00pm.  Spit Roast/salad/dessert and kids menu available.  We have new caterers this year so the meal will be scrumptious.  Please RSVP by Wednesday 18th November.

We hope to see everyone at the Party for a fabulous day of tennis, food, and celebration of the 2015 year.
