Accelerating innovation and boosting jobs

A million dollar program has been announced by the State Government to accelerate innovation and boost local jobs in the Logan and Redlands region.

Through the Advancing Regional Innovation Program, funding of $500,000 over 3 years will be used to establish innovation hubs and a series of innovation summits and entrepreneurial events to foster business growth.

An innovation hub will be established in the region, starting with the GLO Lab at the Griffith University Logan Campus, bringing together students, community and industry partners and providing local startups and entrepreneurs with resources, networks and mentors.
