Changes Taking Effect Over Next Couple of Weeks. See More Information Below.
Dear Valued Customer,
Over the next couple of weeks, we will be transitioning into our Fall Schedule. Please be aware of the changes starting this week until our full Fall Schedule will be in effect the week of September 16. Until September 16, we suggest using the interactive schedule on our website.
- Week of August 26: Summer Schedule in effect with following changes. MRHS Swim Teams using Deep End from 2:30-5:30pm. Lap Swim will now start at 5:30pm(5:30-8pm).
- Weeks of September 2 & 9: Fall Schedule Takes effect with the following changes. Swim Lessons will be Tuesday and Thursday through week of September 9. Family Swim will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 4-9pm.
- Evening Lap Swimming: After September 3rd, Evening Weekday Lap Swim, will start at 7pm: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday will be limited to 3 lanes due to Private Swim Teams, while Tuesday and Friday will have all six lanes open.
- Week of September 16: Fall Schedule in Full Effect. No Changes.
The Mount Rainier Pool is excited to announce its expanded Fall schedule! This Fall you can enjoy!
- Open 7 days a week!
- New PTA Swim Nights (Third Friday of Each Month)
- Family Swims Available seven (7) days a week around work schedule.
- New $1 Teen Nights
- New Themed Event Nights
We also still have Schools Day Out Swims, Water Walking, Wibit and $1 Open Swims, Water Exercise and the other programs we have grown throughout the year.

- $1 Des Moines Appreciation - Saturday, August 24, 2 to 4pm
- $1 Normandy Park Appreciation - Saturday, September 28, 2 to 4pm
- Halloween Swim w/ Wibit - Saturday, October 19, 2 to 4pm
- Turkey Swim w/ Wibit - Saturday, November 16, 2 to 4pm
- Holiday Swim w/ Wibit - Saturday, December, 21, 2 to 4pm

SWIM LESSONS CHANGES
The Mount Rainier Pool will need to switch Tuesday and Thursday to Monday and Wednesday nights due to conflicts with Mount Rainier HS Swim and Dive Team meet conflicts.
- Evening (Until Sept. 12): Tue/Thu, 4:30-7:00pm
- Evening (After Sept. 12): Mon/Wed, 4:30-7:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00-11:00am
Scholarships: New monies are available effective September 1 for Fall lessons. Get pre-approved by completing form and submitting it at the Mount Rainier Pool.

PTA/PTO SWIM NIGHTS
Third Friday of Each Month
7:00-9:00pm
Are you looking for a fun and exciting event for your PTA/PTO? The District has reserved the third Friday of Each month.
If you are a PTA/PTO member of a local school, please call us to setup the event, which will feature an Open Swim for the entire pool.

MONTHLY PROMOTIONS
Each month the District will be offering special programs to get you into the pool.
- Free Senior Thursday: First Thursday of Each Month. Free entry for swims and water exercise.
- $1 First Saturday Open Swim: 2-4pm*. Open Swim with Water Walk and Diving.
- Third Saturday Open Swim w/ Wibit: 2-4pm Wibit Aquatrack (obstacle course) is setup during Open Swim.
- Third Friday PTA/PTO (Private Rental) Parties: 7-9pm. Open Swim.
- Final Friday $1 Teen Nights: 7-9pm.
No School Swim Days: We will also have Special Open Swims for $3 on days the Highline School District is out: 10/11, 11/11, 11/29, 12/23, 12/26, 12/27, 12/30 & 12/31.
