Dear new member,

Congratulations on your successful completion of your ordeal and inductions into the Order of the Arrow and Tsoiotsi Tsogalii Lodge! You have taken the first step on a great journey, but you are not alone. All those who completed their ordeal with you or before you, now stand beside you, and soon you will have the opportunity to welcome even more new members into our Brotherhood.

Our next event for all Lodge members will be Spring Fellowship on March 12-14 at Cherokee Scout Reservation. You will receive additional communications when registration and program details for this event are available.

To help you and to reward you for jumping into the Order of the Arrow, we offer the First Year Arrowman Award. This an award that can only be earned in your first year of membership, and therefore is relatively rare. Upon completion of the award, you will be recognized and presented with a handsome patch. The requirements for this award are aimed at providing a sampling of the program opportunities the Order of the Arrow offers, so that each member can find something they enjoy!
