If you are a local quilter, you may remember the thimbles and cases available at our front desk area for the last few months. We "sold" this large collection for donations to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC, in memory of the collector, whose family shared them with us. We were proud to donate $650 to the Food Bank last week in the family's honor! Quilters are wonderful people.
