Privitar, a London-based data-privacy software startup, completed an $80 million Series C funding round. Warburg Pincus led the investment, with participation from Accel, Partech, IQ Capital, Salesforce Ventures and ABN AMRO Ventures.
Glassbox, a London-based digital analytics platform for site optimization and customer experience, secured $40 million in Series C funding. Brighton Park Capital led the round, which included participation from Ibex Investors and CEIIF. Brighton Park special adviser Lisa Hammitt and partner Zachary Gut will join the company’s board.
Bringg, a Tel Aviv-based on-demand delivery management platform, nabbed a $30 million Series D Round. Viola Growth led the investment, with participation from existing backers Next47, Salesforce Ventures, OG Tech Ventures and GLP.
SonderMind Inc., a Denver-based behavioral health marketplace, closed a $27 million Series B round led by General Catalyst. New investor F-Prime Capital also participated, and was joined by existing backers including Kickstart Seed Fund and Diōko Ventures. Kent Thiry, former chief executive of DaVita, and Eric Roza, former chief executive of Datalogix, will join the board.
Lunar, a Denmark-based digital banking startup, added €20 million ($21.6 million) in Series B financing, bringing the round total to €46 million. Seed Capital led the new investment, with Greyhound Capital and Socii Capital also participating.
Myriota, an Australian provider of satellite connectivity for the Internet of Things, picked up $19.3 million in Series B funding. Hostplus and Main Sequence Ventures led the round, with participation from investors including In-Q-Tel, Right Click Capital, Singtel Innov8, Boeing HorizonX and South Australian Venture Capital Fund.
Lessonly Inc., an Indianapolis-based workplace training software developer, landed $15 million in Series C financing. AXA Venture Partners led the round, with participation from Zendesk, Allos Ventures, Atlas Peak Capital, Rethink Education and the Yard Ventures.
Yapily Ltd., a London-based fintech startup, raised a $13 million Series A funding round. Lakestar led the financing, which included contributions from existing investors Holtzbrinck Ventures and LocalGlobe.
Ably, a London-based realtime edge messaging platform, closed a $7 million Series A round. MMC Ventures led the funding, and was joined by Forward Partners.
Spot & Tango, a New York-based fresh dry dog food maker, was seeded with a $4.2 million investment led by Guild Capital.
Tailscale Inc., a remote connectivity startup, raised a $3 million seed round led by Heavybit, with participation from Uncork Capital and others.
