My apologies to everyone.  I missed one important step in the Book A Court Instructions.

When you received your Annual Subscription Renewal Notice on 22nd September the information in the email advised you must use that LINK to create your ClubSpark account. You can then pay your Membership, and/or be able to make court bookings.

Some members have tried to just click the URL in our Book A Court instructions without having created their account as above. 

If you have created an account without using the first link, please go back to the membership email and then login with your account details from there.
