Ski Trip The weather was unseasonably warm, but cadets enjoyed the man-made snow on the slopes at Hidden Valley ski resort January 20. The warmer temps were a welcome change from the subzero weather that started the week! Welcome, New Boys!MMA has added 20 new boys into the Corps since the semester began. Here are a few during their first week of school, diligently studying their cadet handbooks. Welcome aboard to these boys and their families! 529 Plan Update Due to recent changes to U.S. law, individuals may now use funds from their 529 savings plans for secondary education expenses. 529 plans can provide federal tax advantages, with additional income tax benefits in participating states. Parents, grandparents, and other relatives can hold 529 savings plans. Talk to your financial advisor or tax professional about how this program might benefit you.
