Fall Fellowship Instructions

Thank you for registering for Fall Fellowship. We are excited to see you this Saturday, November 14 at Cherokee Scout Reservation, for a time of celebration, exciting programs, and the election of our new officers. Because we are only a few days away from the event, we wanted to share some important information:

• Please arrive between 7:00 and 8:45 AM on Saturday morning. Arrival during this time is necessary to maintain our COVID-19 mitigation policies as well as to prevent traffic issues. Please have your BSA health form (parts A and B) as well as a completed 14-day temperature log ready when you arrive. We realize that all fourteen days may not be completed. Please, fill out as many as possible. These document are linked for you below.

• Check-in will be in and around the headquarters building (walk up the sidewalk from the parking lot and follow directions). Parents will not be permitted to enter camp- Scouts should have everything they need for the day when they check in, including money to purchase memorabilia in the Trading Post.​

• Please plan to leave camp around 5:30 PM Saturday evening. Parents should arrive promptly and wait in the parking lot.

• Your program assignments for the day have been made. We have made our best effort to assign you according to your selected preference. Due to class area limitations and number of registrations there may be a few exceptions. Review the list below to see your assignment and prepare accordingly. The following areas have a few specific request:

Hiking track: bring a compass

Fishing track: bring a rod and bait/lures if possible. We have a limited number available for your use.

Metalwork track: wear long pants and closed shoes (leather preferred).
