NOW OPEN FOR ENTRIES - new photographic awards from the In Opera Group, seeking images which excite and promote discussion about stone and terrazzo in the built environment.
The awards are open to architects, landscape architects, interior designers and architecture students in the UK. We are interested in seeing how architects and designers engage with stone & terrazzo and can be inspired and influenced by possibilities.
Winners will be exhibited at The Building Centre, Store Street, London and published in Architecture Today.

We are seeking images which excite and show an imagination in the photography and the subject matter. The photographs can be abstract or a full building, as long as they depict terrazzo or stone. We are also interested in sustainability and recycling, for example images of terrazzo or buildings which have been given a new lease of life by their use of material.
Photographs need to be an upright format and can be in colour or black and white, supplied digitally and of sufficient quality to be printed as a high quality A3+ (42cm x 30.7cm) jpeg 300 dpi.
A. Commercial including workplace, retail, leisure, education and public buildings
B. Landscape public or private spaces
C. Private buildings this can be a private house or a small project

JUDGES - Stone & Vision Awards 2022

Submission deadline: 23rd May, 2022
The shortlisted images will be exhibited as printed A3 panels from 27th June – 8th July in the Building Centre, London.
The category winners and a student winner (the best image overall from the 3 categories) will be announced at the Awards evening, Thursday 30th June 2022.
