About Ian Windle

Ian joined Vistage as a Group Chairman in May 2012. He runs two groups of Chief Executives, running businesses of up to £80m, based around the Thames Valley and Surrey and a third group of Key Directors and smaller businesses. As a Vistage Group Chairman Ian facilitates monthly full-day problem solving meetings and conducts one-to-one coaching sessions with each member.

Ian has worked as a consultant, facilitator, speaker and coach in the areas of culture change, organisational development and leadership since 1994, in both the private and public sectors. He has facilitated workshops, spoken at conferences and led change programmes in Europe, US and Asia. 

As well as being a Vistage Chairman, Ian runs LiveChange, which he founded in 2006. LiveChange works with leadership teams, and middle management through to whole organisations to create alignment and engagement behind their vision, goals and strategies.

Ian’s first career saw him travel the world with the Foreign Office where he worked in a variety of political assignments before he began to specialise in consultancy and HR.  Ian then joined Celemi International where he was Head of their global Learning Consulting Business and Managing Director of their UK office for over nine years.

He has an MBA from Henley Management College, where he specialised in Strategic Marketing, a Diploma in Marketing and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
