Thank you for expressing an interest in working as a Super User for the ROSE project.

It is an exciting time to be a Super User within the Trust. Your help and support within your work areas will be key to the Trust successfully implementing “Lorenzo” our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR).  As a Super User, you will take part in various project activities, and become the key link between the project and your departments, both before, during, and post go-live.

There are four key steps you will need to take between now and ROSE Day - 13th May.  Details of Steps 2-4 will be sent to you next week.

The FIRST Step you need to take NOW is to register for one of the following sessions in January:

• ·        Friday 20th January at  14:00-16:00,  Trust HQ Board Room
• ·        Monday 23rd January at  12:30-14:30 Trust HQ Board Room
• ·        Thursday 26th January at 15:30 -17:30  Harplands Academic Rooms 1&2

At the session you will learn about the project and more importantly what your role and responsibility will be as a Super User during the project.
