We're looking forward to the arrival of the first ZWO Seestar S50 Smart Telescopes.  As mentioned before, they'll be starting to ship from ZWO at the end of next month. The final production versions will have a few additional goodies and improvements to compared to the prototype that was shown at NEAF in April.

saxon HEQ5 Pro mounts- In stock now $1799 

The saxon HEQ5 Pro mount is a renowned mid-tier platform for both astrophotography and visual observing. 

The HEQ5 Pro mount is a full "GOTO" system. This means that once you carry out a brief and simple alignment, it will automatically move to or GOTO any of the thousands of astro objects in the bundled hand controller's database. This includes Solar System planets, nebulae, star clusters, galaxies and more.  After the HEQ5 Pro has found the astro object you want to observe or photograph, it will then track it throughout the evening.

You can easily upgrade the saxon HEQ5 Pro for control by your phone or iPad/tablet using a simple low-cost dongle, or control via a PC with nothing more than a USB cable.  As this HEQ5 Pro is based on the widely used Syncscan protocol, there's vast number of observing, planning and mount control programs available. 

The dual head feature lets you use telescopes with both the narrow "V rail" or Vixen mounting rails or the wider Losmandy dovetail mount. 

(If you're asking what's the difference between Saxon and Sky-Watcher, they're identical in all but name.)
