Save the date for Strathfield Christmas Carols at the official opening of Bressington Park! Join us for some Christmas fun with carols, a family picnic, community singing and dance performances, children’s entertainment, and a visit from Santa Claus! This photograph of The Boulevarde Strathfield was most likely taken by Kerry & Company, a Sydney based photography studio that operated from 1890 to 1917. The Boulevarde is one of Strathfield’s oldest roads and is the dividing boundary between Strathfield and Burwood Councils.

Feed a Farmer for Christmas

The stallholders of Sydney Markets are hosting “Feed a Farmer for Christmas” featuring Cowboy Cha Cha Line Dancing, Rodeo Rides, farmyard animals, giveaways and more. The CWA will be on site also, selling strawberry jam in support of strawberry farmers. Come along for some fun and bring non-perishable food to donate to farmers in need.
