Face-to-face customer service hours have been reduced to 10am-2pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

You can still reach Customer Service via phone on 9748 9999 Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 5pm.

Police Activity

You may notice an increased police presence in our community as public health orders are enforced. Help the police protect our community by keeping socially distant, self isolating and only travelling for essential reasons.

Looking After Furry Friends

More people have been out walking the dog recently, remember to always be a responsible pet owner:

• Microchip and register your pet
• Always keep dogs on leashes
• Clean up faeces 

Maintain a Safe Distance

It’s important to help stop the spread by keeping your distance of at least 1.5m apart from others, staying at home and practicing good hygiene. Heavy fines apply.

Citizenship Ceremony

Citizenship Ceremonies scheduled for Thursday 30 April and 21 May have been cancelled. The Government will now host online citizenship ceremonies via a secure video link.

Acts of kindness are essential, particularly for elderly and vulnerable residents during the current health crisis.
