Adviser Ratings - Phase 2
Today, we launched Phase 2 of Adviser Ratings. We're looking to bring a robust service for advisers and customers before a very public launch in coming months. For the adviser and licensee community, what can you expect from Phase 2 of the website:

Profile Changes
Your profile can now capture employment and licensee history, any fees or links to FSGs, multiple addresses and multiple videos. The aim is to give as much information to consumers at their fingertips. How you decide to populate your profile and what you share is up to you.

Risk Adviser Reviews
If you are solely a risk adviser, we have introduced rating questions particularly for your customers, so the ratings are more relevant to the service you provide.

Filtering Changes
We have introduced new filtering options and functionality to help potential customers narrow down the type of adviser they are looking for.

Profile Views
We’ll let you know how many views your profile is receiving.

An Adviser Ratings Inbox
All customer messages and reviews will be now captured in your profile’s inbox.

Adviser Toolkit
We have introduced buttons and badges for your email, websites and social media that will help complement our push to the consumer over the coming months.

Licensees will be able to help manage their proposition and the profiles of their advisers as an administrator. As a licensee you will receive intelligence and services not previously provided by existing suppliers or platforms.

Finally, we will be launching a highly engaging and educational consumer centre - the core to our proposition. We'll also make this available for advisers.
