Proton Therapy Center eNewsletter

Welcome to the November issue of the Proton Therapy eNewsletter.

SCCA Proton Therapy Center is dedicated to expanding our application of the most current advancements in proton therapy and the best treatment planning methods. In this issue we include exciting new research being conducted at the Center that will allow us to plan patient treatment with even more precision. We also feature some of the patient programs offered at the Center including our Proton Prostate Club and Dine Around.

November brings us into Lung Cancer Awareness Month and in recognition of this we would like to introduce you to one of our lung cancer survivors, Don Jackson. Don is a special education teacher from Puyallup who just finished treatment at the Center in October. Additionally, we highlight our medical director, Dr. Ramesh Rengan, MD, PhD, who is also one of the lung cancer specialists at the Center.

Thank you for your support and continued interest in our Center and please forward this newsletter to others who may find it of interest.
