DONALD TRUMP IS "VERY SERIOUSLY" CONSIDERING suing Senator Ted Cruz, according to a source who greatly admires – no, intensely worships – the frontrunner for the Republican nomination: Donald Trump.

THE LAWSUIT WOULD BE OVER CRUZ'S ELIGIBILITY to run for president given that he was born in Canada and thus Trump believes the Senator is not a “natural born citizen” as required by the Constitution.

AND TRUMP MAY EVEN HAVE STANDING to do it legally, even if it often appears that his legs are about to give out under the weight of his giant head and caramel-cream center.

THIS IS DISGUSTING for a number of reasons, the least of which is us being forced to imagine Ted Cruz being naturally born.

MOST AMERICANS – who aren’t rabid conservative activists who keep a picture of Rush Limbaugh on their bathroom mirror for moral support and style inspiration – expect the president to fulfill his constitutional obligation to appoint a new judge to the Supreme Court.

BUT REPUBLICANS HAVE BEEN PLAYING BY SPECIAL “OBAMA'S MIDDLE NAME IS HUSSEIN” rules since 2009. That’s gotten us dangerously close to a financial default, attempts to void Obama’s election and now a blanket refusal even to consider his replacement for deceased Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia.

HOWEVER, THERE ARE ALREADY SIGNS that this plan to pretend Barack Obama stopped being president the day Scalia died won’t work.

ON TUESDAY, North Carolina’s GOP Senator Thom Tillis expressed skepticism of the “Let’s just skip our part of the job” strategy – notable because he's generally for anything he reads in an internet comment.

SINCE RAPPER/PRODUCER/MILLIONAIRE-who-says-he’s-$53-million-in-debt Kanye West has been getting guff for denying he enjoys butt play and defending Bill Cosby, it’s probably fair that we point out when he makes a good point.

ON TUESDAY, WEST WENT OFF about how college textbooks and college education in general cost too damn much, citing the experience of his friend's child.

WEST IS RIGHT: The average college student spends about $1,200 a year on textbooks, which is generally more than they spend on weed, grills or iPhones.

IT'S ALSO MORE THAN COLLEGE IN GENERAL costs in Germany, where it’s mostly free but it’s also in German.

Has George W. Bush's Command of English Improved Since He Left? You Decide!

NO, TED CRUZ DID NOT THREATEN to deport Beyoncé. He doesn’t know what a Beyoncé is.

AT LEAST IT’S VEGAN—In 2012, Castle Cheese Inc. was busted using wood pulp in its “100% real” parmesan cheese, which may explain why Antonin Scalia only lived to be 79.
