New Position Statement on Buprenorphine

ACMT supports the administration of buprenorphine in the ED as a bridge to long-term addiction treatment. Our Position Statements and Guidelines Committee published 'Buprenorphine Administration in the Emergency Department' on Dec. 12.

$50,000 Grant Received for Opioid Treatment Education

MTF received $50,000 in support from the Independence Blue Cross Foundation under the Supporting Treatment and Overdose Prevention (STOP) program. These funds will support Curbing the Opioid Crisis in Philadelphia: Increasing Emergency Department Initiation of Buprenorphine-Naloxone Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder initiative.
