We wish to advise our Members that Multinet Gas Networks service providers will be conducting underground service detection works between Wednesday 21 April and Wednesday 28th April, between the hours of 7.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. NO works on the weekend.
As always, with this sort of thing they cannot be specific about exactly what part of the road or if/when it needs closing during the works.
I have attached the letter received from them so you can see on the map on Page 2 where the works start and finish:
If coming from the Malvern East side of town we suggest you park in the Darling Station car park (Malv. Knights footy side).
If coming from the Ashburton/Glen Iris side you can try parking along Francis Cres/Nairn St (always read any parking restrictions in residential areas).
As far as we are aware this will not affect any Night Competition as works should finish by 5.00pm.
These works sometimes go longer than expected, and we will let you know if there is any extension to the works (provided they advise us).
Finally, Futures Tennis Academy sent an email directly to their clients with regards to these works. They accidentally put the wrong dates (21/08 - 28/08). Works are defintely April not August..
