Happy spring to all of our pirate parent & family members. While we are welcoming the warm weather lately in Savannah, your students are staying very busy as they prepare for midterm season. Mini-Mester Payment Deadline

Has your student enrolled to take one of our 8-week Mini-mester courses? Armstrong's payment deadline for Mini-mester is Friday, March 4, 2016. Cancellation of classes for nonpayment will occur at 5 p.m. March 4th, so please make sure to have satisfied tuition and fees prior to that deadline. Please let the Office of the Bursar know if you have any questions or concerns. They can be reached at 912.344.3243 or via email at

Giving Back to our Community

This year marks our 5th year anniversary of our bi-annual day of service, Treasure Savannah. This Saturday, March 5th we are excited to welcome over 400 faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community members to this event.

We will go throughout the city of Savannah and Hinesville to give back with our local non-profit organizations. This is one of our many traditions at Armstrong that we are so proud to continue.

Keep any eye out after the event for photos on our website and search the hashtag "#treasuresavannah" on social media!

Are you hoping your student signed up? If not, they can always be a walk-in participant that morning so encourage them to join us!

St. Patrick's Day

Armstrong's spring break is right around the corner, which also means St. Patrick's Day! The St. Patrick's day parade will be on Thursday, March 17th in downtown Savannah. Armstrong is excited to have our pirate ship float present and to be taking part in the celebration.

This year, our theme in the parade is "A Year of Anniversaries" as you will see flashy "80" and "50" shamrocks celebrating our 80th anniversary as an institution and 50th on the south side of Savannah!

Final Exam Care Packages

Keep in mind that final exams are coming quicker than we may realize!  Students can find their final exam schedules by talking to their professors and also viewing our website here: View Spring 2016 Exam Schedule Here

Final exams can be a stressful time for a student. Housing & Residence Life and Parent & Family Programs are working with a company called On Campus Marketing to provide you the ability to send your student an exam care package. Keep an eye out for something in the mail for the great care packages that we have to offer at great prices!
 
 
 
 

You will want to fill out the form you receive in the mail to get the packages ordered, paid, and delivered to your student in time for finals!

Knowing how important finals are, your student will always appreciate receiving something in the mail to help them stay positive and motivated.

Spring 2016 Commencement

We are excited to welcome our parent & family members to our spring commencement ceremony at the Savannah Civic Center in downtown Savannah. The ceremony will be hosted on Saturday, May 7th. For detailed information about graduation for students and guests, visit the commencement webpage here!

Our ceremony will host all of our graduates for the semester and will surely be an exciting time. The processional begins walking at 9:45 a.m. Once the ceremony begins, guests who arrive after, or once the room is full, will be directed to the Johnny Mercer Theatre to view the event on a live screen.
