Good morning, super awesome Top Class Actions viewers! I hope you had a GREAT week! Here in Phoenix we got back to perfect weather, and I got to tag along with Barbara, Sydney, Aubrey, and Barkley for a family hike on Sunday. We traversed some hills, or from Aubrey's perspective, mountains, had some amazing views of Phoenix, and had some great family time. Since it's March in Phoenix all of us locals are trying to do everything we can outside NOW!

Phoenix, in just a few short months, will be hellacious. It'll be sunburns, sweat, and grumbling. Heck, it'll be too hot to walk the dog! Here we've got services where they pull up in a van, and put your dog on a treadmill for a half hour! That's right, people pay other people to put their dog on a treadmill and run their puppies for 10 minutes at a time in air conditioned comfort. I'll opt for jogging Barkley around the grass, and then jumping in the pool. That's more my speed LOL!

On the work side of things, I like to tell everyone, "I'm not just the President of Top Class Actions, I'm also a CLAIMANT!" I just got a check for $16.35 from the Home Ice Settlement. Did YOU get paid? It's not a big check, but it'll cover a couple of lunches! If you follow me on Facebook you saw the check! Now, I'm almost done with the update for today, but I've got a little more to say. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO MY BEAUTIFUL BRIDE, BARBARA! 13 years ago we said "I do!" You've loved me in good times and bad, in health and illness, in times of great happiness and sadness, and you continue to love me even when I'm hangry. You truly make me a better person, husband, father, and Man. Thanks for working with me every day to make our marriage and our lives together better. You're my Person. I Love YOU!
