MESSAGESA MESSAGE FROM JASON REDMAN Hello team! Hope you're all well? I would like to send a big shout to a few little tackers that hit the ground big congrats!! In the past couple of months .... ho ha!!! Also our deepest sympathies for family members lost and also very ill family members. Due to privacy I will not state any names, but our hearts and minds are with you in this time. A couple of items to highlight with the team! Health and fitness - There are no excuses to let yourself go with your health - 10 minutes a day of burst of exercise can change your life, and as always with food put clean & healthy things into your body at all times. "Green and Growing" think clean Safety - NO excuses for getting injured or hurt at work - Please remember your loved ones, friends and family and all times whilst working safety, as it a scary statistic that 65% of people on construction sites think it is acceptable to receive some sort of injury at work!!!!! So be safe, double check, triple check and always be on guard due to the fact that your fellow work mate may think it's acceptable to have an injury at work????? go figure. Tightening of the unit market and residential market - don't have to be a rocket scientist to see a slow down in sales on units. Please do not always rely on overtime for loans and borrowing money!!! Be sensible with money, have some away for a raining day as you never know what can happen. Mental health - Please look out for each other "R YOU OK" takes 1 second to ask it and look the person in the eye! Very important as you could change some ones life! Pass on the love and respect as it is vital to all of us. Finally - summer is coming long PPE, clean & safety focused. I am very proud of our company and the way it looks, and as you all should be! Well done! Big thanks to the rigging teams, the back office and the service techs as it has been a fantastic result to move plenty of gear around in such an organised fashion i.e. duck on water.... not much actionon the top of the water but legs paddling like crazy underneath. Also, plenty of new cranes to hit the sky and innovative ideas and engineering by Reds Global. Well done team! PS - Keep safe and look forward to seeing you all at out next safety training and our Christmas party! Cheers Jas
A MESSAGE FROM DAMIEN LAFOREST Sure has been a busy few months at the Somersby depot. An amazing effort all round with many people involved in delivering for our clients with 17 installs/dismantles since June. The over capacity carpark and giant toolbox circles were a common occurrence recently. I am especially grateful for the long stints from John, Mick and Pete as well as Ash and Nathan. Its fantastic to have such talented people to contribute to our vision....The first choice in materials handling!
