RIC Centre Opens Satellite Office
On Wednesday, October 15, 2014 the Brampton Economic Development Office/Brampton Entrepreneur Centre soft launched a pilot with the RIC Centre to deliver increased service levels of support for tech entrepreneurs in Brampton and Caledon. This initiative will provide innovation and commercialization support to local entrepreneurs.
Supporting technology startups since 2008, this makes RIC Centre’s technology-focused support, incubation and Entrepreneur-in-Residence services more convenient to Caledon-based businesses offering free:

Consultations and seminars

Professional development and networking
With the addition of RIC Centre’s specialized services, including:

Entrepreneur-in-Residence mentoring

Entrepreneurial training events

Incubation services
The pilot, which will run until January 2015 will enhance partnerships and programming to serve the needs of a growing community of innovation, technological expertise and entrepreneurialism.
