Good Morning, Awesome Top Class Action Viewers!
Here we go again—another amazing week and lots of super awesome cool things to report on! The top-secret master plan to get you MORE settlements is moving along nicely. Really smart people are working diligently to share the message that YOU want to know about every possible settlement you can legitimately claim. We're working on every facet of
the litigation process—from the time the case is filed through the settlement approval process—to get included and get YOU notified of the settlement. The funny thing is that sometimes defendants get all ornery about including us because you rocket the claim rate SKY HIGH! Our point of view is if these are legitimate claims BUMP UP THAT SETTLEMENT FUND! Let's get more money in the pockets of people who bought the product or service that the settlement covers. That's the whole point of class action settlements, isn't it? To put money and benefits back into the pockets of consumers who were allegedly wronged? So, we're working on that. I hope you're hitting the Open
Settlements section and submitting those claims! We noticed that viewers reported receiving checks for the Monitronics Settlement, the Bank of America FCRA settlement, and one of our viewers got a HUGE check from the 20th Century Fox Home Video settlement. WOW! That's AWESOME!
On the home front, I was thankful that we are able to play outside more with the girls. Although yesterday I had to stay INSIDE due to mosquito bites. I made the mistake of doing some work right as the sun was going down, and due to all of the rain we had recently, the mosquitos were out in FORCE! Like some of you, skeeters LOVE me. So much so that in the 45 minutes I was outside I received a few dozen bites on my legs. Really, REALLY uncomfortable and unfortunately that's kept me inside the past few days because I didn't
want any MORE bites. The bright side is that I've gotten much better at laser tag with the girls. The Nerf Laser Ops guns are a LOT of fun, and you can play against each other without fear of getting darts in the eyes or your faithful pooch accidentally EATING a dart! So, we chased each other around the house, playing a bit of hide-and-seek while playing laser tag and had a blast! Highly recommended for you and your kids (or grandkids!). Aubrey and Sydney and their friends love it. It's a far cry from when I was a kid and had to wear a vest with a sensor to play, it's harder to cheat since the sensor which tells if you've been hit is RIGHT ABOVE the laser beam you shoot at your competitors. Check it out! In fact, I think I should go and challenge the ladies to another round. Talk to you next week!
On to more lawsuit and settlement updates:
That's all for now! Make it a GREAT week!
