Good morning! I hope you had a great week! As I'm talking to friends here at work, it seems like every week more kids are starting school, and more parents are breathing a sigh of relief that summer vacation is OVER, LOL! It was a great summer but, like our kids, it's no more vacation and back to it for all of us.
Here at the office, I noticed this new investigation targeting beauty and skincare product dispensers that stop working before you can get all of the product out. My beautiful bride Barbara is ECSTATIC about this one. She's
been talking to me for years about one of her face soaps that does exactly that. She uses it regularly but as soon as the soap is about down halfway, or 1/3 left, the pump stops working. She's ALWAYS stuck there throwing away soap because there's no way to get it out. So she's one of the people who submitted her information already! If that happened to you or your spouse let the attorneys know! These beauty companies know it's happening but, rather than fix the issue and make sure their customers get ALL of their product, they let it break, knowing that they'll likely just keep on buying it rather than switching brands. Very, very tricksy, as Gollum would say!

It can take these settlements a year or more to pay out, so do your best "OOOOOMMMMM," find your inner zen, and submit more claims for settlements you qualify for as you wait.
