Snapchat For Realtors

There was once a time when Facebook and Twitter were foreign and unusual to marketers. But as time has proven, these are critical tools to an effective marketing strategy. Snapchat appears to be the next generation of social networks to seriously focus on for your real estate marketing initiatives.

What is Snapchat?

Snapchat is a photo messaging application.  Using the application, its users can take photos, record videos, add text and drawings, and send them to a controlled list of recipients. These sent photographs and videos are known as “Snaps”.

How to hide or remove tagged photos on Instagram

Whenever an individual tags you in an Instagram photo, it will end up in the "Photos of You" section on your profile page. If there are some embarrassing images, or photos you just wish to keep private, you can elect to hide these.

To hide a tagged photo, simply tap the photo you want to hide. This will make your Instagram handle appear. Tap your handle. When a menu pops up, select "Hide From My Profile." If you don’t want to be tagged at all in the photo, go to the More Options button and choose Remove Me From Photo.

If you don’t want to remove your tagged photos one by one, you can adjust your settings to review them first.  Go to "Photos of You", tap on your settings at the top right corner and select the "Add Manually" option.

Schedule your tweets in advance

Scheduling tweets in advance can be a huge Twitter timesaver.

This practice allows you to plan out your day (or even your week or month) well in advance and not have to worry about always being on Twitter to take care of business. You can schedule both organic and promoted tweets up to one year in advance.

Request to connect through search instead of the profile button on LinkedIn

When you send connection requests through the Connect button on someone's LinkedIn profile, you have to prove you know them. This can be through a mutually listed company or school, or knowing this personal email address.

To skip that step- and increase your odds of expanding your network- search for the person you want to connect with, and use the Connect button next to his or her name to immediately send the invitation.
