Digital Capability Workshop

Have you spent precious time and resources building the booking platform for your business and are you now looking for ways to boost the number of bookings? This workshop has a practical focus to help you understand more about the digital ecosystem to lift your business' digital performance.

The team from Tomahawk will be running an in-person workshop in Thames
on Monday 30th May, 2022, 8:30am-5pm.

You will be able to focus on specific areas to improve your knowledge and practical skills including:

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• content marketing and organic growth
• website performance and Google Analytics
• online booking system audits
• GoogleAds, other online advertising and paid media
• social media content creation
• creating leads and converting to bookings
• measuring success

This is part of the government's support for tourism businesses, the second of four stages of the programme, hosted by Qualmark. However, the programme is open to all businesses. Stage three will be an additional one-on-one session to work with you on the digital priorities for your business. The final stage involves getting specialist, professional support to implement your business’s digital needs, where funding has been approved.

This programme was established by MBIE to provide additional support to operators, as part of the tourism recovery package, managed through Qualmark and Tourism New Zealand.
