Our CCSL program is about equipping customer service leaders with practical tools and techniques to inspire and motivate their teams to deliver great customer experiences.

The CCHE program focuses on understanding why complaints are so valuable, how they should be handled, and what skills are needed to turn angry customers into happy customers.

 

Key topics include: understanding the benefits of complaints for you and your organisation; understanding why customers complain and how to manage challenging interactions with complaining customers.  The program includes understanding best practice frameworks for effective complaint management.
