CESPHN GP Pulse Survey is now live!
We routinely use an extensive survey to measure how well we are supporting GPs to improve and coordinate care across the local health system. This time it's a very short one – a 3 minute “GP Pulse” survey - to make it quick and easy for you to comment on our overall performance. All contributors will go into a draw to win one of three FitBit Charge 2 wireless activity and sleep tracking wristbands.
