Hello, lovely TCA viewers!!!
And happy early Fourth of July! I don't know about you, but this is one of my favorite holidays because it encompasses everything I love: summer, family, friends, and hot dogs. Not necessarily in that order :) Oh yes, and AMERICA!
During this hopefully short work week for you, we'll continue posting new class action settlements and lawsuits affecting the products and services you use every day. If you're mainly interested in hearing about the class action settlement money you qualify for, I highly encourage you to follow us on Instagram, where we ONLY post open settlements—including Canadian settlements! It's a quick and easy way to keep tabs on all the money out there just waiting for you to claim. So whether you're American or Canadian, our Instagram page will show you some major love!
Before I go, I wanted to point out two class action lawsuit investigations we want you to know about. The first one affects parents who let their kids use an Amazon Echo Dot Kids Edition. The device could be collecting your
child's personal information, which can be used to track his or her online activities and whereabouts. Scary stuff! And if you're in California, your current or former employer may owe you some serious money for failing to reimburse certain work expenses, such as your cell phone and internet costs, work supplies, travel expenses, and more!
Here are some other class action lawsuits you might be interested in:
That's all for now! Wishing all of you a safe and happy Fourth of July!
Warm Regards,
Sarah Mirando
