Strengthening Clinical Care: Conversations about the Clinical Standards Video Series Center on Addiction/MCTAC announces the release of its latest video production. In this video series, experts from OASAS and Center on Addiction discuss the clinical standards and provide new guidance around the changing healthcare landscape. Topics include: increasing access, improving quality, moving towards integration, the role of crisis services, opportunities for OTP’s, and understanding and utilizing metrics. In five brief videos, Pat Lincourt, LCSW, Director of Practice Innovations and Care Management at New York OASAS and Carla Lisio, LCSW, Director of Healthcare Reform Consultation at Center on Addiction outline the importance of person-centered care and how it relates to access, quality, and integration within the SUD continuum of care. In the final video, Charles Neighbors, PhD, Director of Healthcare Research at Center on Addiction and Shazia Hussain, MPH, Research Scientist at OASAS, describe the landscape of current metrics and how providers can utilize them to measure and improve quality care.
