Conventional Broaching / Wobble Broaching - A sequence of form tools is pushed through a drilled hole until the desired socket size is formed. In most cases, dedicated broaching machines are purchased for high production parts. This equipment has a stroke length; a max distance they can travel. For a specific job the stroke would be defined by the broach length, the part material, and amount of material to be removed.
