There are many things you can do to ensure you are well prepared (understand what you are being assessed on, don’t leave tasks to the last minute, get enough sleep etc.) But it’s also worth thinking about your body language and how it affects your confidence as you tackle these tasks, particularly if you are giving a talk as part of your assessments.
