Good morning, everyone! I hope you had an incredible week!
As I mentioned, last week was spent in Las Vegas speaking on multiple panels at Mass Torts Made Perfect, specifically their amazing new class action track, and meeting with my incredible team and clients! I had the chance to help strategize new litigation against major medical device manufacturers who are permanently injuring and disfiguring women, emphasize how important it is to include Top Class Actions in settlement notification plans, and of course, even signed some new business! It was exhausting having meetings, panels to speak on, and events to attend from
8 AM - 11 PM every day, but it was amazing, as always! Attorneys, if you aren't attending, you're missing out! If it's your first time, make sure to reach out to me. There are so many things to attend it's a bit overwhelming! Who knows, you may find yourself with me at a table with other top litigators in the country!
Looking through the lawsuit and settlement news, I noticed I forgot to submit a claim for the Monster Cable settlement. Like
many of you, I paid WAY too much for cables, but I didn't save the receipts so I had to opt for option C. Best Buy and Monster Cable had it so good, for so long, until Amazon came along and people could easily find that their $50 HDMI cables weren't much, if any, better than $10 cables. Oh, Amazon you disruptor! Checks are also going out for the $500+ million FTC settlement! Did you get paid? Make sure to leave a comment and Like us on

On the home front, we may, just MAY, be done with summer. The temps are in the high 70s and low 80s here in Phoenix! We are all RIDICULOUSLY excited, though my beautiful bride is already saying she's "cold." :) We're taking the opportunity for more walks with Barkley, soccer in the backyard with Sydney and Aubrey, and socializing with our neighbors. Florida friends, we hope you stay dry, safe and damage-free as you buckle down for a hurricane.
On to more lawsuit and settlement updates:
That's all for now! Make it a GREAT week!
