Monkfish and Tiger Prawn Teriyaki Skewers with Green Mango Salad

Summer is seriously touch and go this year, but that doesn’t deter the hard-core barbecuers. This month’s recipe is especially for the barbecue, but if you’re too nervous about the looming storm clouds, you could cheat and use the grill or griddle pan. The sweetness of the teriyaki marinade marries well with the tangy and refreshing salad, which, in turn, contrasts perfectly with the meaty monkfish and tiger prawns.
