Join the Performance Driven Academy!

MCTAC is excited to offer a second registration for the year-long educational series to prepare agencies for value-based payment: Performance Driven Academy. Led by CCSI, one of MCTAC’s partners, this series is intended to provide participants with an immersive learning experience consisting of in-person events, webinars, and opportunities for office hours and small group work over the course of two semesters.

Semester 1, Effective Measurement Practices and Developing a Culture of Collaboration, began in January but it’s not too late to catch up. If you’re already registered and participating in the PDA, you don’t need to do anything (except make sure you’re registered for the next webinar! Links below).

More information about the Performance Driven Academy: 

Participants will come away from the Performance Driven Academy with the skills to support their organizations in the transition to a value-based environment by:

• Preparing an organization for greater accountability as new payers (MCOs, ACOs, IPAs) emerge
• Supporting the strategic use of limited resources
• Encouraging informed decision making and implementing meaningful changes 
• Emphasizing accountability to make a difference/impact
• Identifying and understanding key performance indicators within the agency

1) Semester 1, January-June 2018: Effective Measurement Practices and Developing a Culture of Collaboration

2) Semester 2, July-December 2018: Fiscal Management Practices and Maintaining a Successful Leadership Team

Joining the Performance Driven Academy

To get the most out of the Academy, agencies are encouraged to designate a team (approximately 3 people) who regularly attend the webinars and events and are responsible to put into practice what has been learned in the Academy.
