2021 Charlie Awards Open for Entries

The 2021 Charlie Awards, sponsored annually by the Florida Magazine Association, is now open! This year's Charlie Awards Gala will be held on the evening of July 16 during the 2021 Florida Media Conference at The Westin Sarasota.

Early Entry Deadline: 11:59 pm EST, February 12, 2021
Final Entry Deadline: 11:59 pm EST, March 1, 2021

Registration is open for the 2021 Florida Media Conference

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2021 Florida Media Conference being held July 15-16 at The Westin Sarasota. View all registration options here.

Hosted by the Florida Press Foundation, the Florida Media Conference is an annual event that brings together top Florida Media executives for two days of industry education and networking. Conference partners include the Florida Press Association, Florida Newspaper Advertising and Marketing Executives, Florida Magazine Association, and the Florida Society of News Editors.

The $1,000 cash prize, named in honor of the Florida Magazine Association’s longtime board member Doug Damerst, represents excellence in journalism and the highest levels of ethics.
