February Community Grants Newsletter.Welcome to the February edition of my Community Grants Newsletter. The Stronger Communities Programme is now open for Expressions of Interest. This programme will provide up to $150,000 to each federal electorate for eligible small capital projects that encourage and support participation in local projects, improve local community participation and contribute to vibrant and

Stronger Communities ProgrammeAmount: $2,500 to $20,000
Closing Date for EOI: Friday 19 February 2021. Expressions of Interest
Expressions of interest (EOI) are now open for the chance to secure up to $20,000 for your community organisation.
I encourage you to thoroughly read the eligibility requirements to see if you are eligible.

Clubgrants Category 3 Infrastructure Grants
Amount: $20,000 - $150,000

Greater Cities Sport Facility
Amount: $100,000 - $1 million

Amount: Total pool $25 million

The Surf Club Facility Program

Levi’s® Music Prize Funding
Amount: $4,500 each for 10 artists

Purpose: An initiative enabling Australian bands and artists to maximise that next opportunity to get them to the next stage of their careers.Australasia’s largest annual music prize, the Levi’s® Music Prize, has changed to support more Australian and New Zealand artists through the COVID-19 crisis. Assistance for Breast Cancer Treatment - Young Pink Sisters Funding

Purpose: Providing relief to those who are struggling to meet the financial demands of breast cancer treatment.Young Pink Sisters were established as a charity for the sole purpose of providing immediate financial assistance and relief to those who are struggling to meet the financial demands of treatment. Regional Job Creation Fund
Amount: $100,000 - $10,000,000 in co-funding
Closing Date: 14 May 2021
Purpose: The fund supports existing businesses in regional NSW to grow and encourages interstate or overseas businesses to invest in regional NSW. Examples of eligible projects could include the: - Establishment of an additional production line for an existing regional NSW business
- Relocation
of a business operation from out of state to regional NSW
- On-shoring of activity currently done overseas to a regional NSW location
- Development of new regional tourism experiences and visitor attractions
- Replacement, upgrade or adaptation of plant and equipment at an existing regional NSW business.

New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS)

Purpose: To provide jobseekers with support to start and run small businesses.If you are an eligible jobseeker and are interested in starting and running a small business, you may be able to access assistance through the NEIS. NEIS can provide you with accredited small business training, business advice and mentoring, as well as ongoing income support for up to 52 weeks. For more information: Click here

The PPCA Performers’ Trust Foundation
Amount: $3,000 for an individual and $5,000 for a group

Saluting Their Service Commemorative Grants Program
Amount: Up to $150,000
Closing Date: 11 February 2021
Purpose: To preserve Australia's wartime heritage and to involve people throughout the nation in a wide range of projects. Two categories of grants are available:- Community Grants - Up to $10,000 for community-based commemorative projects and activities, including: the building of community memorials and the preservation of wartime memorabilia that is significant locally but is not necessarily nationally significant.
- Major Grants - Grants between $10,001 and $150,000 for major commemorative projects and activities that are significant from a national, state, territory and/or regional perspective.
