The High School orchestra and choir led the music and we took it in turns to sing and listen to carols and readings, stopping along the way to light candles and marvel at the beautiful surroundings of Zion Church. Each reader, singer, musician, and usher was well-practised and the entire evening ran like clockwork. Afterwards we gathered together at The High School for festive refreshments and to chat with old friends and new, the sound of 'Silent Night' still ringing in our ears.
