    2. Records Managed SharePoint    

    For Site Owners: How do I update the details of a Site Owner, Champion or Approver in my RMSP Site?

    3. Staff leaving or relocating?    

    Staff who are leaving the University or relocating from one team to another need to ensure that any records they were responsible for in their role are captured, moved and/or prepared for disposal.”

    If you are a Records Managed SharePoint (RMSP) Approver or Site Owner ensure the hand over of the site before you leave. Please refer to the link below for further information

    What do I need to do?

    4.  Reminder- Return Folders  

    A reminder to please return Records & Information (previously known as Central Records) folders for safe keeping once your business-need has concluded.  When returning folders through the internal mail system, please ensure that they are placed in an internal envelope & clearly addressed to: Records & Information  Level 4, Alan Gilbert Building (Building 104). If the folders are sensitive, or you prefer to ensure they reach us directly, please contact us to schedule a drop-off time with a member of our team.

    5. Agreements  

    Records & Information maintains the University Contracts Register (Legal Agreements Register). Standard agreements signed outside of the OneSpan Sign system and agreements not referred to Legal Services should be submitted directly to Records & Information via email: records-info@unimelb.edu.au, or via ServiceNow.

    7.  Training

    As the University continues to operate as a hybrid working environment, training in Records Managed SharePoint & Content Manager will continue to be hosted over Zoom to remain accessible to all. Upcoming training dates below:
