Mandator: UN. 1 December. ISSAT supported a workshop in Brussels at NATO Headquarters that is part of a tri-lateral dialogue by the UN, EU and NATO that focuses on finding areas for collaboration in defence sector reform.

UNDP Global Programme Guinea Bissau

Mandator: UN. 28 November-9 December. ISSAT is in Guinea Bissau supporting the Global Programme on the Rule of Law, and the Guinea Bissau Country Office, by conducting evaluations to build an evidence base and to identify good practices, which will enrich programmes in different countries.
